At Leia Jewellery, our return and exchange process is simple and customer-friendly. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase, ensure it's unused and in its original packaging, and contact us for a Returns number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, contact us within 30 days, obtain an Exchange number, and cover the exchange shipping costs.
